Very simple and quick recipe of potato mince for weekdays. Beef or mutton both mince can be use for this dish. Serve with chappaties or naan and some fresh salad.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat 200 gm
  • Potatoes 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Green chilies 4 to 6
  • Red chili 1 tbsp (ground)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil ¼ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Fry ginger garlic paste in hot oil.

  2. Add minced meat and cook until the meat is tender.

  3. Cut potatoes and add to the minced meat.

  4. Add salt, ground red chili, green chili, onion, tomato and water.

  5. Put the lid on and leave it to cook.

  6. After 10 to 15 minutes, add coriander to it.

  7. Serve it with chapatti.

  8. Serve with round cucumber slices garnish with green chilli and sliced tomato.
