In bowl take the bread crumb.
Pour the milk and mix well.
Add the meat salt spices, onion and chili and mix well.
Grill the meat balls for 3 minutes turn them over and grill for another 3 minutes.
Heat oil in a shallow pan.
Add the cinnamon sticks, cloves and black pepper.
Stir fry for 30 seconds.
Add the chopped onion and fry till the onions turn brown.
Mix the spices in a cup with 2 tbsp of oil and add to the pan.
Stir till the oil separates (about a minute).
Add two cups of water and bring to a boil.
Carefully add the meat balls and stir with a wooden spoon.
Add salt then Cover and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat. Add chopped coriander leaves stir to mix and keep it covered.
