Ingredients

  • For the Meat Balls:
  • Minced Meat 1/2 Kilo
  • Bread Crumb 1/4 cup
  • Fat Milk (low) 4 tbsp
  • Onion Finely Chopped 1/4 cup
  • Green chili 2 small
  • Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Grated Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • For The Curry:
  • Onion Chopped 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chili 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Grated 1 tsp
  • Galric Crushed 2 cloves
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Cloves 6
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Green Cardamom 6
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In bowl take the bread crumb.

  2. Pour the milk and mix well.

  3. Add the meat salt spices, onion and chili and mix well.

  4. Grill the meat balls for 3 minutes turn them over and grill for another 3 minutes.

  5. Heat oil in a shallow pan.

  6. Add the cinnamon sticks, cloves and black pepper.

  7. Stir fry for 30 seconds.

  8. Add the chopped onion and fry till the onions turn brown.

  9. Mix the spices in a cup with 2 tbsp of oil and add to the pan.

  10. Stir till the oil separates (about a minute).

  11. Add two cups of water and bring to a boil.

  12. Carefully add the meat balls and stir with a wooden spoon.

  13. Add salt then Cover and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

  14. Remove from heat. Add chopped coriander leaves stir to mix and keep it covered.
