Ingredients

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Pasta ½ packet (boiled)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
  • Parmesan cheese 100 gm (grated)
  • Parsley 1 tbsp (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat butter in a pan, add in fresh cream and cook on low flame.

  2. When it comes to a boil, then add boiled pasta, salt, black pepper, nutmeg powder and parmesan cheese.

  3. Mix very well.

  4. Dish it out and garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

  1. You can check pasta weigh written on the back side of the packet its usually 450 to 500 gms, and half is 225 to 250 which is enough for 2 persons as a main or single dish by this recipe. thanks
