Clean the prawns.
Thinly chop garlic and green chilies.
Combine egg, salt, white pepper, black pepper, plain wheat flour and corn flour in a bowl.
Mix by hand.
Coat prawns with this mixture and deep fry it.
Take it out of the pan when it becomes golden brown.
Garnish it with cucumber, tomato and lettuce leaf. Serve with chili garlic sauce.
