Ingredients

  • Chocolate 300 gm
  • Unsalted butter 300 gm
  • Egg 5
  • Caster sugar 4 oz
  • Flour 4 oz
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp (to dust)

Cooking Directions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter till smooth.

  2. Let cool for a while.

  3. Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl until thick, fold in flour and melted chocolate and butter mixture.

  4. Spoon mixture in cases and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees C for 20 minutes.

  5. Cupcakes should be soft from the centre.

  6. Remove from tin and serve immediately dusted with cocoa powder.
