Ingredients

  • Eggs 2
  • Butter 1 ounce
  • Milk 3 ½ ounce
  • Flour 3 ½ ounce
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
  • Caster sugar 2 tbsp
  • Dry blueberries 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Separate eggs. Mix together milk and melted clarified butter and mixed with egg yolks.

  2. Put the flour, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl.

  3. Add milk mixture and beat well to make a smooth batter.

  4. Stir in the blueberries and vanilla essence.

  5. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan for 1 minute.

  6. Add a small amount of batter to one side of the pan.

  7. So its spread to make a little pan cake.
