Ingredients

  • Mangoes large 4 (make pulp in a blender)
  • Bananas sliced 5
  • Fresh strawberry 9-10
  • Peaches cubed 3
  • Pineapple 1 small tin
  • Apple cubed 1
  • Mango cubed 1
  • Double cream 500 ml
  • Sugar as required
  • Raspberries for garnishing
  • Mint leaves for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. In a blender, whizz pureed mangoes and double cream until turn into a smooth creamy custard like mixture.

  2. Then taste it and add sugar accordingly.

  3. Then pour this custard in a bowl and add all the cubed fruits.

  4. Stir and chill for 3 hours.

  5. Serve garnished with fresh mint and raspberries.
