  • Linguini 2 cups boiled
  • Shrimps 200 gms
  • Butter 4 tbsps
  • Olive Oil 1 tsp
  • Garlic 3 cloves chopped finely
  • Onion 1 small chopped finely
  • Heavy Cream 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • White Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsely chopped 1 tsp
  • Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup
  • Saffron threads as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Whisk milk and cream together.

  2. Heat oil and butter in a pan.

  3. Now add the minced onion and garlic and saute till fragrant and add the milk and cream mixture.

  4. Cook till it boils and season and white pepper and salt.

  5. Add the saffron threads and cook for 2 minutes and add the shrimps.

  6. Cook till shrimps are pink and add the parmesan and parsley

  7. Now cook it for a further 1 minute then toss in the linguini and serve hot!
