Debone the chicken drumsticks and keep aside.
Mix the chicken mince with green cardamom and clove powders and salt.
Fill the drumsticks with the mixture and seal with a toothpick.
Make a marinade with the remaining ingredients except butter and marinate the chicken drumsticks in it.
Keep aside for 2 hours.
Skewer the drumsticks and cook in a tandoor for 10 minutes.
Remove from tandoor/oven/grill, baste with butter and cook for another 2-5 minutes.
Remove from skewers, remove the toothpick.
Wrap sliver foil over one third of the drumsticks and serve.
