Ingredients

  • Chicken drumsticks 16
  • Chicken minced 400 gm
  • Green cardamom powder 5 gm
  • Clove powder 2 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 60 gm
  • White pepper powder 3 gm
  • Egg, whisked 1
  • Arnul cheese grated 100 gm
  • Green chillies chopped 25 gm
  • Green coriander chopped 20 gm
  • Cream 200 ml

Cooking Directions

  1. Debone the chicken drumsticks and keep aside.

  2. Mix the chicken mince with green cardamom and clove powders and salt.

  3. Fill the drumsticks with the mixture and seal with a toothpick.

  4. Make a marinade with the remaining ingredients except butter and marinate the chicken drumsticks in it.

  5. Keep aside for 2 hours.

  6. Skewer the drumsticks and cook in a tandoor for 10 minutes.

  7. Remove from tandoor/oven/grill, baste with butter and cook for another 2-5 minutes.

  8. Remove from skewers, remove the toothpick.

  9. Wrap sliver foil over one third of the drumsticks and serve.
