Ingredients

  • Green Chillies 15
  • For Batter
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Cornflour 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Chilled milk 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • For Filling:
  • Cream cheese 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Slit on green chillies and remove seeds.

  2. For Batter: Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar and crushed red peppers.

  3. Fill this mixture into the green chilies.

  4. Dip in batter and roll twice in bread crumbs.

  5. Keep in refrigerator and chill for 1/2 an hour.

  6. Then deep fry till they turn light golden in colour.
