is one of a famous delight of South Asian cuisine and as its name suggests its a royal dessert. It can be regarded as continental version of bread pudding. Delectable shahi tukra is made by soaking fried bread slices into the thickened sweetened milk.

  • بریڈ دس سلائس
  • فریش کریم ایک پیکٹ
  • چینی ایک سو پچاس گرام
  • کھویا آدھا کپ
  • دودھ ڈھائی کپ
  • گرم دودھ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • کٹے بادام ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • کٹے پستے ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • کیوڑا ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • زعفران آدھا چائے کا چمچ

  1. بریڈ کے سلائسز کو چار ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں۔

  2. اب گھی گرم کر کے انھیں گولڈن ہونے تک فرائی کریں اور انھیں ٹرے میں رکھ دیں۔

  3. زعفران اور چینی کو ایک کپ دودھ میں ملا کر فرائی کی ہوئی بریڈ پر ڈالیں۔

  4. اب بچے ہوئے دودھ میں فریش کریم اور کھویا ڈال کر ایک منٹ تک بلینڈ کریں اور بریڈ پر ڈال کر دس منٹ چھوڑ دیں۔

  5. اس کے بعد اوپر کٹے ہوئے بادام، کٹے پستے اور کیوڑا چھڑک کر پہلے سے گرم اوون میں ایک سو اسی ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر پندرہ منٹ تک بیک کر لیں۔

  6. بادامی شاہی ٹکڑے تیار ہیں۔
