  • Mince 1 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slice 4
  • Green chili 6 (finely chopped)
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. First cut the bread slice edges and make crumbs of middle portion.

  2. Now mix mince, bread crumbs, egg, green chilies, black pepper, vinegar, chicken cube flour, corn flour, soya sauce and salt in a bowl.

  3. Make dough of this mixture and then make small round shape kebab.

  4. Heat oil in a skillet and fry kebab on low heat.

  5. When it becomes golden brown then takes it out and put on tissue paper.

  6. Delicious mince kabab are ready to serve with bread or paratha.
