Wash, and de-vein the prawns, but leaves the tail on.
Put cornfour, wheat flour, soda water, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, and salt in a bowl to make a thick paste.
Add prawns to this mixture and leave them for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in wok.
Put prawns in the wok one by one.
When the prawns start turning golden, take them out on a dish and serve.
