  • Cashew Nuts 1cup
  • Milk solid ½ kg
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cardamom Powder ¼ tsp
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Plain Flour 1 cup
  • Silver Paper 1

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan add the cardamom powder, sugar, kewra and ½ cup water.

  2. Cook on a low flame until a syrup is formed.

  3. In another pan fry the cashew nuts.

  4. After frying chop the nuts.

  5. Now in a bowl add milk solid, plain flour, chopped cashew nuts and the syrup. Mix well.

  6. Grease a tray then place the mixture on it.

  7. With a knife, cut squares and place silver foil and top.
