Ingredients

  • Honey ½ cup
  • Hot coffee ½ cup
  • White sugar ¼ cup
  • Brown sugar ¼ cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Plain flour 1-1/2 cups

Cooking Directions

  1. Grease a cake pan and preheat oven at 180 degree C.

  2. Dissolve honey in hot coffee then stir in both sugars until sugar dissolve.

  3. Mix dry ingredients and milk in separate bowl.

  4. Then shift in honey mixture and beat lightly to mix nicely.

  5. Pour batter in pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
