Ingredients

  • Raisins 100 gm
  • Black raisins 65 gm
  • Orange peel 65 gm
  • Cherries 65 gm
  • Almonds 50 gm
  • Mixed spices ½ tsp
  • Cream color 1 ½ tbsp
  • Lemon 1
  • All purpose flour 125 gm
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Butter 250 gm
  • Sugar 125 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Eggs 4

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix raisins, black raisins, orange peel, cherries, almonds, mix spices, cream color and lemon.

  2. Now cover it and keep aside.

  3. Sieve flour and baking powder and keep aside.

  4. Then beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy.

  5. Now add vanilla essence and beat more.

  6. Then gradually add the eggs and flour and fold it all together.

  7. Now fold the mixed fruits in it.

  8. Pour it in a pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes on 180 c.
