Preheat oven to 150C.
In a bowl beat together, eggs, vanilla essence and sugar till the mixture turns foamy.
Fold in the flour.
Grease a butter paper and put it in the baking tray.
Pour the flour mixture into it and bake for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan add the strawberries, sugar and water.
Cook until the strawberry becomes soft.
Allow to cool then puree the mixture.
In a bowl, whip the cream with the vanilla essence then fold in the pureed strawberries.
Sprinkle the castor sugar on top of the sponge.Then pour the cream and strawberry mixture.
Carefully roll up the cake and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
