Chicken Manchurian

Boil tomatoes and then cut them.

Heat oil and sauté ginger and garlic.

Then add tomatoes.

When tomatoes get soft, add chicken, red chili, salt and ketchup.

After a while add chicken stock and cook till the chicken is completely cooked.

Then dissolve corn flour in a little water.

Add it to the gravy stirring constantly.

Let it simmer gently till gravy thickens.

Serve hot with egg fried rice.
