Sauté the onions and garlic in butter until tender.
Then add the sausages, chicken stock, tomatoes, capsicum, bay leaf, dried thyme, cayenne pepper and bring it to boil.
Then add the rice, reduce the heat, cover and cook for a few minutes.
Add the chicken and prawns and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Make sure the rice and prawns are tender, discard the bay leaf and dish out.
Serve hot.
