  • Potato ½ kg
  • Tomato 2
  • Onion 1
  • Green coriander chopped ½ bunch
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard seed crushed 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Whole cumin ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Peel skin and cut potato in cubes.

  2. In a pan heat oil and add cumin and mustard seeds to crackle.

  3. Then add onion to fry.

  4. Now put ginger garlic paste and stir fry.

  5. Then Mix tomatoes in it.

  6. Now put coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.

  7. When Masala sauté add potato and cook till it tender.

  8. Dish it out and garnish it with green coriander.
