Mix egg, yogurt, oil, lemon juice and vanilla extract well with a spatula in a bowl.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
Make a well in the center and pour the egg mixture in it.
Now mix the flour in to just combine. Set aside.
Grease the doughnut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Divide the sweeten coconut flakes and chocolate chips at the bottom of each of the doughnut tube pans.
Add the batter in pan up to half full.
Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes and then move to cooling rack to cool properly.
