In a bowl add plain flour, icing sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder and vanilla essence and beat well.
Peel and finely slice apples.
Then pour this mixture in a baking pan with apples.
Bake in a preheated oven at 250 c for 12 to 15 minutes.
Apple cake is ready to serve.
