Indonesian Satay

For Peanut Sauce: In blender put together peanut butter, ginger garlic paste, green cardamom powder, chili powder, turmeric, oil, lemon juice and coconut milk.

Blend well till smooth.

For Satay: Cut chicken breast into long strips.

Marinate chicken strips with peanut butter, lemon juice, honey, grated ginger, roasted cumin crushed, crushed coriander, salt, garlic paste and curry powder for 2 hours.

Thread chicken on wooden skewers, BBQ or grill till done, brushing with oil.

Serve hot with peanut sauce.
