Take a big sauce pan and heat oil in it.
Then add ginger-garlic and cumin in it, fry for a while.
Now add chicken to it along with red chillies, white pepper, salt, Chinese salt and sugar.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or till chicken changes its colour.
Then add lemon juice, chili sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup, let it simmer gently for a while.
Now make corn flour paste and add in the chicken.
Simmer gently till gravy thickens.
Serve hot with rice.
