Ingredients

  • Minced mutton 400 gms
  • Slices bread (crusts removed) 2
  • Small onion (minced) 1
  • Tomato soup 1 tin
  • pepper and salt
  • Beaten eggs 1 tin
  • Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed clove of garlic 1
  • Salt to taste
  • For sauce:
  • Minced mutton 400 gms
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped cloves of garlic pepper and salt 2
  • Worcester sauce A dash
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak the bread in the tomato soup, then mix all the ingredients well together.

  2. Put the mixture into a 800 gm loaf tin.

  3. Bake at 375 deg. F. for 30 minutes, reduce heat to 350 deg. F

  4. and bake for another 30 minutes then cut into thick slices.

  5. Serve with tomato sauce poured over it.

  6. To make the sauce, fry till the onion softens.

  7. Add the tomatoes, skinned and quartered, pepper, salt and worcester sauce.

  8. Cook on low flame, mash the tomatoes.

  9. Simmer until sauce is thick.
