  • Mince ½ kg
  • Mushroom 1 tin (sliced)
  • Green chili 3–4 (sliced)
  • Carrot 2 (sliced)
  • Spaghetti 1 packet
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Dry red chilies 2–3
  • Red chili flakes to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Lightly cook mince in a frying pan.

  2. Then add soya sauce, salt, vinegar, green chilies, dry red chilies and veggies.

  3. Now cook the veggies taking care not to loose their crispness.

  4. Put 2 tbsp oil in wok then add cooked minced meat with the spaghetti and heat.

  5. Mix carefully taking care you don't break the spaghetti.

  6. Before serving add one tbsp soya sauce and sprinkle some red chili flakes.

  7. Serve hot.
