Remove the skin and cut the jackfruit into 2" pieces.
Cook in a vessel with a little turmeric powder.
The jackfruit pieces should be tender and the water should be squeezed out.
Put out these pieces in the sun to dry.
Mix all the masala, along with a little oil and smear the jackfruit pieces well with the mixture.
Put these pieces in a jar.
Add the juice of mangoes and put in the sun for 10-12 days.
