Cut beef undercut into slices, marinate with salt, black pepper and corn flour.
Now deep fry till golden brown.
Boil lasagna sheets and cut into strips.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic cloves, green chilies, capsicum, red capsicum, spring onion, carrot and tomatoes.
Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
Now add fried beef and lasagna sheets.
Also add salt, red pepper, chili garlic sauce, Worchester shire sauce and soya sauce.
Fry well on high flame for 1 – 2 minutes.
Dish it out and serve hot.
