Ingredients

  • Potatoes ½ kg
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves ¼ cup
  • Onions 2
  • Green Chilies as required
  • Chicken Mince 2 cups
  • Mushrooms ½ cup
  • Egg & Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Knead together flour, potatoes, butter, salt and coriander leaves.

  2. Now fry onion and add green chilies, chicken mince, salt and mushroom. Cook until chicken is done.

  3. Now make balls out of flour dough and turn into puri.

  4. Spread mince filling on it and make rolls.

  5. Now dip the rolls in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.

  6. Fry and serve.
