In a bowl, marinate chicken liver with garlic paste, ginger paste, all spice, crushed red chili, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, yogurt and oil.
Cover and leave it for 15 minutes.
Then add in a pan and cook.
When liver is cooked, take it out in a dish.
Garnish with green chilies, lemon zest, fresh coriander, onion, mint and tomatoes and serve hot.
