  • Chicken pieces 2
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds(roasted) 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilies (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl add the chicken pieces, black pepper, paprika, Soya sauce, ginger garlic paste roasted cumin, lemon juice, salt, vinegar, ground green chilies and oil.

  2. Mix well and marinate for one hour.

  3. Now in a large skillet boil one cup water.

  4. Add the chicken pieces and boil till tender.

  5. Dish out in a plater and serve hot.
