Take boneless chicken leg pieces in a bowl.
Also add cauliflower in the above bowl.
Now add soy sauce, corn flour, oil & eggs.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Leave for marination for 1-2 hours.
Then roast-fry them in a pan.
To make the sauce, add oil in a pan.
Then add garlic, ginger and stock in the pan.
Also add ketchup, brown sugar, salt and soy sauce.
Mix the ingredients well.
Then add vinegar, thai chilli and corn flour.
Mix them well and cook till they combine coherently.
The sauce is ready for the chicken.
Pour sauce on the cooked chicken pieces and serve.
