Chocolate Puff Bars are kind of flaky sweet pastry prepared with puff pastry and filled with custard and chocolate chip sprinkled then baked. You can bake them for tea time and also for you children.

Ingredients

Milk 250 gm
Sugar 2 tbsp
Custard powder 2 tbsp
Puff pastry 8 oz
Chocolate chips 100 gm

Cooking Directions

Cook the milk and sugar together till the sugar dissolves.
Mix the custard powder with little amount of milk and add into the cooked milk, continue stirring till it thickens.
Now remove from the stove.
Roll the puff pastry dough and put the custard in it, sprinkle the chocolate chips and fold.
Bake it on 180 c for 20-25 minutes.
Cut the bars and serve.
