Boil almonds and remove their skin.
Now grind finely and remove in a bowl, add in icing sugar, egg yolks, few drops of vanilla essence, baking powder, butter, flour, milk and salt to taste. Knead to dough and keep aside.
Now make small balls, make cookies and put in a greased oven proof dish.
Bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.
Then remove from oven and serve.
