Soak rice for 15 minutes, boil and then spread in a tray.
Now beat eggs and make an omelet, when omelet is done cut thinly.
In a wok heat oil and fry garlic and mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then mix it with rice, eggs, soya sauce, salt and all spice powder.
In the end add chicken cubes with flour and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped scallions.
