Ingredients

  • Eggs 1
  • Garlic cloves sliced 4
  • Mushroom 1 tin (sliced)
  • Scallion sliced 1 cup
  • Basmati rice 3 cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1tbsp
  • Chicken cubes with flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak rice for 15 minutes, boil and then spread in a tray.

  2. Now beat eggs and make an omelet, when omelet is done cut thinly.

  3. In a wok heat oil and fry garlic and mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes.

  4. Then mix it with rice, eggs, soya sauce, salt and all spice powder.

  5. In the end add chicken cubes with flour and stir fry for 5 minutes.

  6. Garnish with chopped scallions.
