  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp
  • Chicken 150 gm (boiled, sliced)
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (ground)
  • White pepper ½ tsp (ground)
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Carrot ½ cup (thinly sliced)
  • Capsicum ½ cup (thinly sliced)
  • Cabbage ½ cup (thinly sliced)
  • Spring onion ½ cup (thinly sliced)
  • Mushrooms for garnishing (fried)

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic paste and stir fry for a while.

  2. Then add chicken, black pepper and white pepper, mix well.

  3. Now add salt, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce and carrot. Mix well.

  4. Then add ¼ cup water, cover and cook until carrots completely cooked.

  5. Now add capsicum and cabbage.

  6. Then add spring onion, and remaining soya sauce and vinegar.

  7. Mix well, cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

  8. Delicious chicken stir is ready.

  9. Garnish with spring onion and fried mushrooms.

  10. Serve hot with boiled rice.
