Heat oil in a pan, add garlic paste and stir fry for a while.
Then add chicken, black pepper and white pepper, mix well.
Now add salt, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce and carrot. Mix well.
Then add ¼ cup water, cover and cook until carrots completely cooked.
Now add capsicum and cabbage.
Then add spring onion, and remaining soya sauce and vinegar.
Mix well, cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Delicious chicken stir is ready.
Garnish with spring onion and fried mushrooms.
Serve hot with boiled rice.
