Ingredients

  • Carrot ½ kg
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Condensed milk ½ tin
  • Vanilla custard 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Almonds 15 (chopped)
  • Walnuts ½ cup (chopped)
  • Almond and pistachio for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Take out little milk and keep aside.

  2. Grate carrots and add in remaining fresh milk and sugar. Let it cook.

  3. When the sugar dissolve.

  4. Then add in custard powder in the cold milk and put it in the pan.

  5. Keep stirring the pan.

  6. When the mixture thickens add in chopped walnuts and almonds and cool it.

  7. In the end, add in almonds and pistachio, cool it and serve.
