Ingredients

  • Milk 2,1/2 liter
  • Crushed/grinded rice 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Reduced milk (khoya) 250 gm
  • Salt a pinch
  • For Garnishing:
  • Pistachio crushed as required
  • Almonds crushed as required
  • Silver leaf 3 (optional)

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil milk and then add ground rice to it.

  2. Cook on low heat till milk thickens while stirring frequently.

  3. Now add sugar to the milk.

  4. When sugar is completely dissolved, add whole reduced milk and keep stirring.

  5. In the end add salt.

  6. Takeout in a serving bowl and garnish.

  7. Serve chilled.
