Reshmi Kebab - Soft, velvety and spicy reshmi kebab. Chicken mince is seasoned with cream, coconut, butter and dry milk along with spices. The aroma of coal smoke gives the kebab a very fine flavor.

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Channa (ground) 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1tbsp
  • Green chilli 6
  • Onion 1 small
  • Coriander 1/ bunch
  • Dry milk powder 4 tbsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Coconut 3 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • White pepper if desired
  • Coal 1 piece

Cooking Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a chopper.

  2. Blend them well together in it.

  3. Put this mixture in the refrigerator for a while to marinate.

  4. Inflame the coal piece.

  5. Place a piece of onion in the center of the marinated kebab mixture.

  6. Place the coal on it and pour some oil over it.

  7. Immediately Cover it tightly and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

  8. Apply kebab mixture on skewers and roast them slightly on stove flame.

  9. Take out from skewer and apply oil on kebab.

  10. Cook in a pan and serve.
