Gluten free recipe that can be enjoy by everyone. Chazaan is prepared with combination of coconut milk, coconut powder, chicken meat, spring onion, gram lentil., glass vermicelli and other spices. It's a great addition of your menu list.

  • Chicken 1/2 kg (boneless, tiny cubes)
  • Rice noodles 1 packet
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 1 large (blended)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 8 (grinded)
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Gram lentils 1/2 cup (boiled)
  • Fresh coconut ½ cup (grated)
  • Gram flour 3 tbsp
  • Coconut milk powder 1 cup (heaped)
  • Spring onion 1 cup (heaped, finely chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak noodles for 30 minutes.

  2. Heat 1 cup oil add blended onion with ginger garlic paste, fry well.

  3. Add grinded green chilies, coriander and mint leaves, fry well.

  4. Add boneless chicken cubes with salt and chili powder.

  5. Add 1 cup water cover and leave it till chicken tender.

  6. Add fresh coconut milk powder, gram flour and 3 cup of water in a bowl and mix well.

  7. When chicken in tenderized well then add coconut mixture and boiled gram lentils, cook well.

  8. When mixture boiling then add soaked noodles and cook for a while.

  9. Serve with boiled eggs, spring onion, fried garlic, lemon, chopped green chilies, fried onion and ginger julienne.
