Ingredients

  • Pasta 2 cups (any type)
  • Pizza sauce 2 cups
  • Garlic 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Onions 2 tbsp (finely sliced)
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Crushed red chillies 1 tsp
  • Basil leaves 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Cheddar cheese ¼ cup (grated)
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Ingredients for mince balls:
  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Oregano ¼ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix salt, black pepper powder and oregano in mince and make smalls balls with it.

  2. Fill an open-mouthed pot with water, add 1 tbsp oil and salt and boil pasta in it.

  3. Sieve boiled pasta, mix 1 tbsp oil in it and keep aside.

  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in separate pan, add onions and garlic and fry a little.

  5. Now add pizza sauce, oregano, red chillies and little water, fry some more.

  6. Add mince balls in the fried masala, cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.

  7. When boil starts to separate, mix in pasta.

  8. Dish out and garnish with basil leaves and cheese.
