Ingredients

  • Chicken Boneless ½ kg (cut into cubes)
  • Bar B Q sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp (roasted)
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • For Masala:
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon sliced 1

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken cubes with Bar B Q sauce, tomato Ketchup, crushed Red Chili, green chili paste , roasted Cumin, all spice powder, ginger garlic paste and Oil.

  2. Put the marinated chicken in an ovenproof dish and bake on 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

  3. For Masala: In a bowl mix together yogurt, green chilies and salt according to taste.

  4. Now heat butter and add yogurt mixture, cook it til oil forms a layer.

  5. Put chicken pieces on top.

  6. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
