Heat up oil in a pan and fry ginger garlic paste.
Add salt, crushed red pepper, turmeric and mince. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add water and cover with lid. Cook for 15 minutes till mince is tender and soaks all water.
Take off from stove and add coriander, green chilies, green onion, tomatoes, all spice powder and eggs.
Mix the above mixture, fill in sheets and wrap up.
Deep fry in a preheated oil till golden brown.
Serve with ketchup and chutney.
