Remove top and bottom of ladyfingers.
Deep fry in oil till golden brown, remove and keep aside.
In blender put together onion, ginger, garlic clove and 1 cup water. Blend finely to a paste.
Heat oil in pan, add mix whole spice and ginger garlic paste. Fry for 4 – 5 minutes.
Now add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and mutton.
Also add 1 cup water, cover and cook for 20 – 25 minutes.
Add salt, yogurt and fried ladyfingers.
Mix well and simmer for 4 – 5 minutes till oil comes on top.
Lastly sprinkle all spice and serve hot.
