Ingredients

  • Chicken, cut in to pieces 1 kg
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1- 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt 1- 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 3/4 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup chopped
  • Green chilies 2 chopped

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat up oil and add tomato paste.

  2. Add 2 tbsp water with it.

  3. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, all spice powder, ketchup and about 1/4th cup water.

  4. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

  5. Add chicken. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

  6. Add 1 cup water and cover with lid.

  7. Cook for 15 minutes.

  8. Sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilies while serving.
