Chicken mince is mixed with seasoning, shaped and coated with flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs. Chicken nuggets can be kept in freezer for 3-4 months.

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Cornflour 1 cup
  • Breadcrumbs 2 cup
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Put mince, garlic powder, white pepper, black pepper and ajinomoto in a chopper and mix well.

  2. Take this mixture out in a bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, take a little oil, dob it on your palm.

  4. Take a little mince at a time and shape them like nuggets.

  5. Beat eggs in a bowl.

  6. Dip nuggets first in refined flour, then in eggs and lastly in breadcrumbs.

  7. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the nuggets.

  8. You can keep these nuggets in the freezer for 3 to 4 months and use them.
