For peanut sauce:
Mix peanut butter, lemon juice, chicken stock, and black pepper powder.
Cook for 1 minute.
Marinate beef with chopped garlic, Thai paste, fish sauce, black pepper, and salt for 1 hour.
Heat oil, add marinated beef, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add coconut milk, brown sugar or jiggery, sticks of lemon grass.
Cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn the flame off.
Pour basil leaves.
Put in a dish.
Garnish with peanut sauce, lemon and boiled eggs.
