  • Bitter gourd 150 gm
  • Cheese 75 gm (filling)
  • Turmeric powder 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 6 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Cuts the bitter gourds in half and immerse them in boiling water with salt and turmeric powder.

  2. Cover and boil for 5-6 minutes.

  3. Remove and drain water.

  4. Let the bitter gourds cool and then scoop out the seeds from them.

  5. Stuff the pieces with cheese filling.

  6. Heat oil in a flat bottom pan.

  7. Fry the stuffed bitter gourds till brown.

  8. Serve hot.
