First combine all the dry ingrediants in a pyrex or steel bowl.(dont use plastic bowls). then add oil and yougart. Mix them well with your fingers. Then add water and kneed the dough ..Dont put all water at the same time ... Add half water first and then add slwoly how much soft dough you want. after kneeding it put some oil drops on the dough cover it with plastic wrape and a cloth and put it at warmer place.....Turn on the oven on the higest for 30 minutes ..... After 2 hours grease your hands with oil then take the dough out of the bowl and put it on the top ..grease the top also with few drops of oil .... seperate the dough in 8 piece .. roll them in a bowl and put it aside ..Take one ball of dough and spread it in a round shape while greasing ur hands.
Keep edges little thick. ( You may roll it like roti 1/4 of inch) and spread some sesame seeds on it and press them.
Before putting the naan into the oven Put the cooking tray or a tile or flate stone piece in the oven for atleast for 10 minutes .It should be very hot.
Hold ur round naan in ur hand and stretch it from one side and toss it on the cooking tray. and bake it for 2 minutes ... after that put the regulator on broil and broil it for a minute or less ... keep checking it.
In this one minute (this is the main part that you will get the professsional look in ur naan.)... take the naan out and grease it with melted butter... and turn the regulator again on the higest .
By doing that first bake the naans and then broil the naans....
