Wash the sago and soak it in a little water for at least 2 hours.
Fry the groundnuts, peel and grind them to a powder.
Boil and peel the potatoes, mash them and mix well with the sago and powdered groundnut, to form dough.
Then crush the coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilies and grated coconut and mix well into the sago dough.
Add salt and curd and lastly add the cumin seeds.
Put a saucepan containing ghee on the fire.
When it is hot, take small ball dough, flatten it on the palm of your hand and fry it in ghee till it turns crisp.
Serve with chutney. To make the chutney, grind all the ingredients together to a very fine paste.
